Join our Global Business Development Reporting team as an Associate Director, where you'll lead and support workstreams to drive new business performance intelligence across Publicis Groupe. You'll lead Salesforce data management, enforce governance, and oversee reporting on pitches, client growth, and revenue conversion. Partnering with key stakeholders and external ranking firms like COMvergence and RECMA, you'll ensure accurate representation of our success while streamlining executive reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage new business performance reporting, ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Lead data governance initiatives to improve reporting consistency.
  • Oversee external reporting to partners like RECMA and COMvergence.
  • Support executive teams with pipeline analysis, dashboards, and insights.
  • Build strong relationships across global teams and external partners.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years in media or creative industries, with CRM or Salesforce experience.
  • Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with shifting priorities.
  • Excel proficiency and experience handling large datasets.
