We have an incredibly exciting new role opening up and are now looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team! As an Account Manager, you will provide leadership on one or several projects at any one time, which may range from strategy recommendations for clients to managing talent on content shoots and project managing partnerships.

You will work collaboratively within a team that is entrepreneurial and inquisitive in spirit, delivering high-value support to clients seeking returns on their investments within sport and entertainment platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of projects including interface with clients and all other agency stakeholders, as well as rights holders.
  • Analyse data and synthesise into outputs and recommendations for internal and external clients.
  • Assist in new business by putting forward proposals and providing theoretical and practical support during scoping.
  • Understand brand/rights holder value exchanges and contractual relationships.
  • Manage and resolve conflict situations for the benefit of clients.
  • Understand and apply the full breadth of sponsorship activation disciplines.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of talent and influencer marketing.
  • High levels of written English language and ability to capture and present complex ideas succinctly.
  • Ability to manage junior members of staff to support project delivery.
  • Understanding of fiscal and financial processes related to managing agency business.
