Are you a recruiter who truly understands the medical communications market and has an established network within it? We’re looking for a MedComms Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on an initial 4‑month contract, with the potential to extend up to a year for the right person. This role is ideal for someone who knows the MedComms landscape, understands how specialist talent moves, and can quickly add value through existing relationships and market insight.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of MedComms roles (medical writing, editorial, client services, strategy and project management)
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand niche requirements and advise on the MedComms talent market
- Leveraging your existing MedComms network to source and engage high‑quality candidates
- Building and maintaining strong MedComms talent pipelines
- Delivering a professional, inclusive and engaging candidate experience
- Acting as a trusted recruitment partner and ambassador for the business
What we’re looking for:
- Proven recruitment experience within MedComms (agency or in‑house)
- A strong, active network across the MedComms industry
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
