Overview
The Publicis Sapient Experience Design Capability is the bridge between business strategy and applied technology — we create meaningful, holistic experiences for our clients and their customers. We are multiskilled thinkers, computational designers, environmental designers, researchers, and architects. A big part of our work is collaboration – internally, and with our clients. That collaboration thrives on a can-do attitude and an interest for working across tenures, roles, capabilities, countries and cultures. As a Working Student in UX Research, you will join our Salesforce 360º Innovation Hub as a full team member. Your role will focus on the UX strategy and aligning the UX with behavioural patterns. You will create quantitative and qualitative research and participate in the explorative phase, as well as in the testing phase of our product development. Your Impact: Insights into the entire ideation process: From conducting research, defining user personas, user stories, flows, to wireframing (low and high fidelity), as well as testing using surveys + interviews and evaluation Development of UX and interaction pattern based on user research outcomes Create high level strategies for new features and enhancements Responsible for the documentation of research outcomes
Qualifications
Studies in the realm of UX Research such as Media, Service or Interaction Design or similar fields of study First practical experience in the project realm Experience working with tools such as mural and MS Office Software Confident in raising your voice, regardless if it is about ideas, creative thoughts or project related concerns High motivation and hands-on mentality Team Player mindset and willingness to learn Excellent English language skills
