Company description
Fabric Social is a social-first creative agency.
We were born into - and built for - the new era of social. An era where audiences gather around interests, communities and culture, not brands.
So we built a different kind of agency.
One that brings strategy, trend-first creative, production, community, creators and paid into a single social engine - designed for how social actually works.
We turn brands on social into social brands - the ones people choose to follow, talk about and bring into culture. Not the ones interrupting it.
Some of our clients include Currys, Sky, Subway, Autotrader, Morrisons, Holland & Barrett, Just Eat, Garnier, Vodafone, Kleenex, Andrex, and more.
- Overview
- Senior Influencer Manager
- We are hiring a
Senior Influencer Manager to help shape and grow influencer marketing at Fabric.
This is a senior role for someone who can connect creators, culture and data with meaningful brand and business objectives, bringing strong strategic thinking to both pitches and live campaigns.
You’ll lead influencer work across multiple clients, build trusted relationships with clients, creators and agents, and help develop the team and our influencer offering.
You’ll have real ownership of the discipline, working alongside our other Senior Influencer Managers with support from the Strategy Director.
What you'll be doing
- Lead influencer strategy across pitches and live campaigns, connecting creator activity clearly to brand platforms and business goals.
- Shape creator recommendations across celebrity, macro, micro and UGC talent, bringing together cultural insight, audience fit, brand safety and content quality.
- Build strong relationships with talent, agents and senior client stakeholders, creating opportunities that deliver value for creators and brands.
- Lead negotiations around fees, contracts, usage and exclusivity, while supporting the wider team with contracting and commercial decisions.
- Own influencer programmes from strategy through to delivery, including always-on and ambassador partnerships, keeping timelines, creative quality, rights and approvals on track.
- Set meaningful KPIs, evaluate performance and ROI, and turn results into practical insights that improve future campaigns and inform the wider agency.
- Manage and mentor Influencer Managers, strengthening processes and championing an approach where creators are treated as genuine creative partners.
Skills we're looking for
- Strong experience across influencer marketing, talent management or creator relations, whether developed agency-side or in-house.
- The ability to build influencer strategies that connect culture and creators with wider brand, marketing and commercial goals.
- Experience leading and developing others, providing clear direction while creating space for people to grow.
- Established relationships across the creator and talent landscape, alongside a strong understanding of emerging talent, platforms and cultural trends.
- Commercial judgement and experience negotiating talent fees, contracts, usage rights and exclusivity.
- A data-informed approach, with the ability to set KPIs, interpret campaign performance and translate results into useful recommendations.
- Clear, credible communication skills, with experience presenting strategic thinking, navigating complex conversations and managing multiple client programmes.
