Overview

The Publishing & Audio Senior Executive reports to the Publishing & Audio Manager and is responsible for the team’s clients’ day-to-day Publishing and Audio media activity, overseeing a campaign from brief to activation and review.

This is a brilliant opportunity to get hands‑on across the full campaign lifecycle—from planning and buying to activation and performance analysis—while working in a fast‑paced, collaborative team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Plan, buy, and manage multi‑channel Publishing & Audio campaigns (online & offline)
  • Own campaign delivery from brief to activation and reporting
  • Negotiate pricing and track performance against KPIs and quality targets
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and media partners
  • Coordinate assets, insertion orders, and campaign setup across platforms
  • Build insightful performance reports and turn data into recommendations
  • Support new business proposals and partner evaluations
  • Help mentor and support junior team members

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Publishing & Audio planning/buying
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Confidence working with data, Excel, and reporting tools
  • Understanding of digital media ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad serving, etc.)
  • Interest in wider channels like Paid Social, Search, and AV
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with solid problem‑solving and analytical skills
