Job Description
PG One is currently seeking a highly organised and solutions-focused Midweight Producerto join our team on a12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you\’ll play a key part in managing end-to-end production across a variety of projects—balancing timelines, budgets, and creative vision with precision. You\’ll collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and clients to bring ideas to life across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a resourceful and adaptable producer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding work.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering live action / CGI / animation TVCs, working with internal and third-party suppliers to ensure the highest quality craft is achieved, delivering materials on budget and on time
- Work closely with the account teams, creatives and Head of TV – communicating any project issues as they arise
- Experience with fully integrated campaigns (ie stills production, social assets, radio commercials)
- A positive attitude with a solution-based approach to work
- Responsible for ensuring the details of projects are followed through
Qualifications
- A candidate looking to be challenged with an ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in post-production and able to work directly with editors/AFX/flame artists and CG teams
- Experience with music production
- Experience with managing UK broadcast playouts (Clearcast etc)
- Experience with talent sourcing / contracting / usage negotiations
- Experience with animatic / test stimulus creation
- Reliable team player
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong ability to multitask
- Strong interest in production and filmmaking
- Understanding of the APA terms and industry regulations
- Experience of indesign, photoshop, premier pro, after-effects advantageous but not a requirement
- Experience with image/video/audio generating AI tools
