We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to help create standout branded content partnerships that connect audiences with some of the world's most exciting brands. This is an opportunity to combine creativity, strategic thinking, and project management to deliver innovative campaigns across a variety of media channels. You'll play a key role in turning great ideas into impactful partnerships, working closely with clients, media partners, and internal teams to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver innovative branded content partnerships that respond to client needs and support their business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated partnership campaigns, ensuring projects run smoothly from concept through to completion.
  • Collaborate with media partners to develop creative solutions that drive audience engagement and commercial success.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, becoming a trusted partner throughout every campaign.
  • Negotiate partnership opportunities that maximise value while maintaining quality and delivering against agreed objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance and transform results into meaningful insights and recommendations for future activity.
  • Support and develop junior team members through coaching, collaboration, and sharing best practice.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering branded content partnerships, sponsorships, or integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.
  • A creative and strategic approach to developing solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Confidence building and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and campaign investments.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
