This Paid Social Director role is for a major clothes retail company. At Team H&M, we manage full-funnel, cross-channel planning, activation and digital strategic development for H&M’s Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic activity across 60 markets worldwide. Our team structure replicates a single-client agency set-up with three core functions: Strategy, Planning and Activation. With a total headcount of 50, we are based in four different offices: London (20), India (20), Colombia (7) and New York (3), with all client leadership and strategy governance sitting in the London office.
Responsibilities
- Manage paid social planning and have direct response to clients
- Grow and develop the account, driving innovation, efficiency and diversifying platform/product adoption
- Ensure activation across platforms runs according to plan and free of errors
- Effectively manage client deliverables with timely communication, developing techniques to appropriately prioritize and distribute workload across the team
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to engage with mid-senior clients and internal stakeholders
- Experienced in paid social planning, managing and activating multi-market campaigns on all global Paid Social platforms
- Strategic and commercially minded in planning goals for their teams as well as being able to shape and develop long term Paid Social strategies
