In 2023, Publicis Media won the Adobe business for Europe, APAC, and Japan. The Adobe.pub team acts as a seamless extension of the Adobe marketing team, covering all EMEA activity from strategy to media planning and reporting on campaign results. The team is dedicated to creating full-funnel strategies to maximise Adobe’s digital engagement.
This role offers an incredible opportunity to drive growth and change for a fast-growing client. The Managing Partner, Performance will help clients unlock the full potential of performance planning capabilities and develop a world-class communications performance product.
Responsibilities- Leadership & Team Management: Lead the Adobe.pub EMEA performance discipline, providing clear vision and direction to channel specialists and performance teams. Set the strategic direction for the EMEA performance product across Programmatic, Paid Search, and Paid Social.
- Performance Excellence: Establish best-in-class standards for performance planning, activation, optimisation, and governance. Define Adobe’s performance investment strategy and maintain oversight of campaign performance and KPIs.
- Growth Acceleration: Embed a growth acceleration mindset across the account and develop the EMEA regional growth strategy. Partner with performance leaders globally to drive consistency and expand innovation.
- Digital-first leader with expertise in digital performance, analytics, and optimisation.
- Technical proficiency in Programmatic, Paid Search, or Paid Social activation.
- Proven team leader with strong account management skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
