We are hiring a Management Accountant on a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) to join our London Finance team and make an immediate impact. This is a clearly defined contract position, offering the opportunity to step into a hands-on role and contribute from day one. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you’ll help deliver high-quality financial reporting, strengthen controls, and support business decisions across the organisation. If you enjoy bringing clarity to financial data and influencing outcomes, this FTC role offers meaningful and visible work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prepare and post month-end journals with accuracy and ownership
  • Produce clear, insightful variance analysis across monthly and year-to-date performance
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure records are updated in Blackline
  • Monitor and review expenses, including accruals and prepayments, supporting cost control
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles during the contract period
  • Assist with audit and compliance requirements, ensuring documentation is complete and aligned to policy
  • Partner with finance teams and stakeholders to improve reporting processes and outputs
