Overview
As the Transcreation Account Director - Pharma for the Medical Division at translate plus, you will come from an advertising account director background with transcreation experience.
You will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the operations of our medical translation services.
This position requires extensive experience in managing pharma clients, excellent communication skills, creative experience, and a strong background in translation.
Responsibilities
• Client Management
- Manage and build relationships with pharmaceutical clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with clients to understand specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
• Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medical Division, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient delivery of services.

Qualifications
