Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals, hiring needs and future talent requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing regular market insights, hiring updates and recruitment recommendations.
- Identify, engage and attract high-quality active and passive candidates through a variety of sourcing channels.
- Conduct meaningful candidate conversations, assessing skills, motivations and potential fit while ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
- Build and nurture talent communities and pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative sourcing and engagement strategies to reach diverse, underrepresented and hard-to-find talent.
- Leverage data, market intelligence and competitor insights to inform hiring decisions and talent strategies.
- Generate referrals and build professional networks that help strengthen our talent pools.
- Create strong relationships internally and externally, acting as an ambassador for Publicis Groupe and our employer brand.
- Continuously look for ways to improve recruitment processes, candidate experiences and hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
- Previous recruitment experience within the media, advertising, marketing, media owner or related industries.
- Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously across different functions and disciplines.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability, including experience using social platforms, search tools and Boolean techniques.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for finding innovative ways to attract great talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to build credibility with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Confidence using recruitment data and market insights to influence decision-making.
- Strong organisation and administration skills, including maintaining accurate recruitment records and ATS updates.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment where priorities can change.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to creating an inclusive and positive team culture.
