Overview
THE ROLE
You’ll own social production end-to-end (from brief to live) across always-on, paid-social, creator/influence, and integrated campaign content. You’re comfortable client-facing, sharp with budgets, and know how to keep multiple projects moving without dropping quality. You’ll work closely with creatives, strategists, designers, and client services to get great work out the door.
Responsibilities
- Manage social projects from briefing through to delivery
- Handle budgets, including creator and influencer fees
- Brief and collaborate with creative teams across art, copy, and design
- Keep across platform trends, especially TikTok and Instagram
- Support team prioritisation and resourcing across the pod
Qualifications
- 3+ years in an agency or social production environment
- Strong knowledge of social platforms and what actually performs on them
- Experience managing budgets and production workflows
- Calm under pressure, decisive with competing priorities
