Fabric Social is a social-first creative agency. We were born into - and built for - the new era of social. An era where audiences gather around interests, communities and culture, not brands. So we built a different kind of agency. One that brings strategy, trend-first creative, production, community, creators and paid into a single social engine - designed for how social actually works. We turn brands on social into social brands - the ones people choose to follow, talk about and bring into culture. Not the ones interrupting it. Some of our clients include Currys, Sky, Subway, Autotrader, Morrisons, Holland & Barrett, Just Eat, Garnier, Vodafone, Kleenex, Andrex, and more.

We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to join Fabric Social and help deliver brilliant social work for our clients. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of a portfolio of accounts, bringing clients and internal teams together to turn strong ideas into work that is creative, strategic and commercially effective. It’s an opportunity to combine client leadership, social expertise and project management while helping shape work that makes a meaningful impact.

  • Bring together creative and cross-functional teams, providing clear briefs and keeping work moving towards shared objectives.
  • Support integrated social strategies and campaigns across organic, paid and influencer, connecting creative ideas with wider brand and business goals.
  • Manage campaign and production budgets, scopes and financial tracking, helping ensure great work is commercially sound.
  • Turn social performance data into clear insights and recommendations that inform future strategy and demonstrate ROI.
  • Support the wider team and new business opportunities through mentoring, client reviews, pitches, proposals and onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing client accounts and delivering multi-channel social campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to bring people together and create clarity around priorities and delivery.
  • A strong understanding of social media, including organic, paid and influencer, and how these channels contribute to wider communications.
  • Commercial awareness, with experience overseeing budgets, tracking profitability and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate challenging conversations and manage client expectations constructively.
  • Clear presentation and communication skills, with experience contributing to pitches and engaging senior client stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach to leadership, with experience supporting and mentoring colleagues while working effectively with senior stakeholders.
