Our Analytics team transforms our unique data to impact business. Whether it's driving insights from cuttingâedge tools or building the queries yourself, you can show your capabilities to shape big business decisions with big data analytics. As a Senior Accounts Analytics Analyst, you'll be responsible for the analytics work across a variety of Epsilon clients and products serviced by the Epsilon Digital Media Solutions division. You'll help support the data driven strategy to grow both client and Epsilon business by evaluating client campaigns for effectiveness, mining extensive online and offline data sets to develop insights on media and consumer and drive measurable business outcomes. You'll closely collaborate with several internal teams from Sales, Account Management, Client Integration, Media Delivery to Product with the goal of developing and supporting the client's dataâdriven digital media strategy. This is a hybrid role based in our London office (3 days per week).
What You'll Achieve
- Responsible for account management of analytics work across a variety of Epsilon clients and products.
- This role enables the data driven strategy to grow both client and Epsilon business.
- Work to provide actionable insight to Epsilon marketers in the optimization and analytics of campaign success.
- Help ensure Epsilon's impact is represented accurately in Marketing Mix Model (MMMs), working with clients and vendors to build strong working relationships and best practice knowledge sharing.
- Handsâon data manipulation and custom analysis to drive client insights and strategy.
- Train and coach colleagues on the proper interpretation and communication of analysis findings.
Who You Are
What you'll bring with you:
- Degree preferred to be in an analytical discipline (social sciences, applied mathematics, statistics, economics, and advertising measurement).
- Agency or clientâfacing experience.
- Knowledge of online advertising delivery systems and online advertising methods, including remarketing and behavioural targeting.
- Experience building, validating, and interpreting MMMs.
- Strong statistical literacy, understanding Randomised Control Trials, model uncertainty, confidence intervals.
- SQL or other database programming skills (Python, R).
- Tableau or other Business Intelligence/Data Visualization platform.
- 3â5 years of relevant industry experience.
