Overview

Reporting To: Global Client Lead

Role Purpose: The Integrated Agency Team (IAT) Client Partner is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary client team across media, creative, data, CRM, content, performance, and production functions. This role ensures seamless collaboration across agency partners, drives strategic growth, operational excellence, and delivers best-in-class integrated marketing solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership: Own senior day-to-day client relationships and act as trusted strategic advisor. Lead integrated planning across all channels and disciplines. Translate client business objectives into connected marketing solutions. Present strategic recommendations and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams across planning, activation, strategy, analytics, creative and operations. Create clear ways of working across internal teams and partner agencies. Inspire high performance culture, accountability and collaboration. Coach and develop direct reports and wider team talent.
  • Commercial Management: Own account profitability, forecasting and resource planning. Manage scopes of work, fee negotiations and commercial growth opportunities. Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities across services.
  • Operational Excellence: Build governance frameworks, meeting cadences, workflows and SLAs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards. Resolve escalations quickly across internal and external stakeholders. Improve efficiency through automation, process optimisation and simplification.
  • Performance & Data: Ensure integrated measurement frameworks are in place. Lead campaign reviews and optimisation planning. Translate data into actionable insights and future recommendations.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years within media agency / integrated agency / marketing services environment.
  • Proven experience leading complex multi-channel accounts.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, digital, social, CRM and creative workflows.
  • Experience managing senior clients and multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen with budget and revenue responsibility.
  • Strong people management experience.
