Overview

We are hiring an Account Manager / Project Manager to join a collaborative, high-performing team working on a global healthcare client. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in connecting markets, coordinating specialists, and delivering impactful media activity at scale. You’ll bring clarity, structure, and strong relationship management across a complex, fast-moving account. If you enjoy working across teams and driving work forward with purpose, this role offers real ownership and visibility from day one.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build trusted relationships with regional market teams, acting as a key point of contact across the account
  • Coordinate with the biddable hub and integrated agency teams to ensure aligned delivery across channels
  • Lead day-to-day project management, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and priorities are clear and on track
  • Facilitate collaboration between global and local stakeholders, bringing structure to cross-market workflows
  • Translate client and market requirements into clear briefs for specialist teams
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and resolving challenges
  • Support continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and account performance

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Experience in account management or project management within a media or agency environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple markets and teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to simplify complex information
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed team structure
