We are hiring a Head of Product & Solutions to lead one of the most impactful areas of our business—where product thinking meets client transformation.

Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the product practice, setting clear standards and ways of working that enable high-quality outcomes.
- Define and own end-to-end client solutions, ensuring they are coherent, deliverable, and value-driven.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding conversations around transformation, CX, and innovation.
- Shape compelling solution strategies for pitches and proposals, translating client challenges into actionable plans.
- Drive commercial growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong value propositions.
- Oversee product roadmaps and programme delivery, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and outcome-focused.
- Align multidisciplinary teams around a shared vision, simplifying complexity into clear direction and action.
Qualifications
- Experience leading product, digital, or transformation initiatives in complex environments.
- Ability to shape integrated solutions that bring together strategy, experience, technology, and data.
