We are hiring a Head of Data & Analytics to shape how data drives growth, creativity and confident decision‑making across our international client portfolio. This is a senior leadership role with real influence setting the direction for how data, measurement and advanced analytics power our agency and our clients’ ambitions. You’ll sit at the heart of our proposition, partnering with leaders across strategy, media, technology and clients to turn complex questions into clear, commercial outcomes. Responsibilities
- Setting the vision and operating model for data, analytics and measurement across Spark Foundry International, ensuring consistency, quality and impact across markets and clients.
- Leading and developing an international Data & Analytics team, creating clear career pathways and a strong culture of learning, collaboration and high standards.
- Acting as a senior data partner to key clients, shaping value‑based analytics roadmaps that support both immediate performance and long‑term transformation.
- Embedding robust measurement frameworks that connect media activity to business growth, effectiveness and meaningful outcomes.
- Driving cross‑market initiatives such as marketing effectiveness programmes, experimentation and modelling to inform smarter investment decisions.
- Working closely with strategy, planning, activation and technology teams to ensure data is embedded into day‑to‑day decision‑making.
- Supporting commercial growth through new business activity, organic client expansion and the evolution of data‑led products and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading data, analytics or marketing science teams in complex, multi‑market or matrixed environments.
- A strong grasp of data governance, measurement and advanced analytics, with a focus on practical, scalable application.
- Confidence translating complex analysis into clear, compelling stories that influence senior stakeholders.
- The ability to balance strategic direction with hands‑on problem‑solving when needed.
- Commercial awareness, with experience shaping analytics engagements that deliver value for clients and the business.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable partnering across disciplines and geographies.
- Curiosity, adaptability and a commitment to continuously evolving how data supports better outcomes.
