Publicis Groupe’s UK head office is based at Television Centre, home to a number of our agencies and global teams. Each floor is supported by a dedicated Concierge who plays a key role in creating a seamless and professional workplace experience. This is not your typical reception role. We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the 9th floor – a dynamic environment that hosts multiple global teams, including members of our EMEA Senior Management Committee. You’ll be the go‑to person for everything on the floor, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while delivering a first‑class experience for colleagues and visitors from around the world. If you’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a people‑focused role, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Creating a seamless visitor experience, from booking guests in to welcoming and hosting them on arrival
  • Acting as the main front‑of‑house contact for both internal teams and external visitors
  • Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the floor, including supplies, post, couriers, taxis, and lockers
  • Coordinating with hospitality and facilities to ensure meetings are set up correctly, including catering requirements
  • Supporting meeting room setup, including AV equipment and daily checks
  • Communicating key updates across the floor and maintaining accurate distribution lists
  • Supporting the organisation of events and team activities
  • Welcoming new starters, giving tours, and helping them settle in from day one
  • Working closely with other concierges and the wider PA community to support a “one team” culture

Going the Extra Mile!

  • Provide ad hoc support to senior international executives visiting the office
  • Build strong relationships with the PA community and assist with tasks such as bookings, printing, research, and logistics
  • Become the trusted, familiar face on the floor – someone everyone can rely on
  • Continuously look for ways to improve how the floor operates and enhance the overall experience

Qualifications

  • A friendly, confident, and professional individual with excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a front‑of‑house, reception, or customer‑facing role (office or hospitality preferred)
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team

Publicis Media offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees. Full details are shared when you join, but highlights include core benefits such as Pension, Life Assurance, and Private Medical cover, alongside enhanced policies like Reflection Days and Shared Parental Leave.
