We are hiring an Ad Operations Manager to play a pivotal role at the centre of a truly global digital ecosystem. This role sits at the heart of high-impact, multi-market digital activation, ensuring campaigns are delivered with precision, care and consistency at scale. Working across London, the US and more than 30 international markets, you’ll help shape how digital media connects with people in meaningful, responsible ways. Responsibilities
- Own the trafficking, quality assurance and technical delivery of digital campaigns across social and programmatic channels.
- Ensure campaigns are set up accurately, compliantly and on time, following agreed governance and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across creative, tracking and delivery workflows, keeping campaigns running smoothly.
- Partner with analytics, biddable, creative and market teams to enable seamless activation and reliable data capture.
- Strengthen ad tech governance by embedding best practice across platforms, tagging and measurement solutions.
- Contribute to improving workflows, tools and processes that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Support, mentor and develop junior Ad Ops specialists, creating a culture of learning, quality and shared ownership.
Qualifications
- Experience working in ad operations or digital trafficking, with hands-on exposure to campaign delivery.
- Strong working knowledge of ad serving platforms, particularly Google Campaign Manager 360 or similar tools.
- Confidence managing multiple markets, priorities and deadlines with care and attention to detail.
- A clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity and willingness to keep learning as platforms, regulations and best practice evolve.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams, disciplines and geographies.
- An interest in building reliable, scalable operations that support great creative and measurable outcomes.
