Job Description

We’re looking for a confident and capable Junior Producer with experience in social content production, either from a social agency or film production background. You will work as part of our social team PDQ; supporting senior producers on larger shoots and lead smaller social projects end to end.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support senior producers on larger shoots and independently run smaller social shoots.
  • Understand APA terms and practices.
  • Collaborate with creatives and producers to elevate influencer-generated content in post.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from script to shoot to final delivery.
  • Manage budgets and schedules.

Experience:

  • Experience in a social agency or film production environment working as either a PA, PM or Junior Producer.
  • Be a proficient confident hands-on social producer; producing shoots up to £30k
  • Knowledge of social content production across all platforms
  • Excellent understanding of current social trends & best practice.
  • Can work under pressure with the ability to communicate well; managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritise and self-manage your time.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control of assets.

Secondary Experience:

  • Blackbook of contacts in particular Social Content Director & Content Creators.
  • Good relationships with kit houses & crew.
