We are hiring a Commerce Manager to help shape the future of digital commerce for one of the world’s most influential brands, Samsung. Sitting within Starcom’s global Constellation team, this role offers the opportunity to drive innovation at scale—connecting global strategy with regional impact across Europe. Responsibilities
- Identify and scale digital commerce opportunities across global and European markets to drive measurable growth
- Develop strategic recommendations grounded in data, customer journeys, and emerging trends
- Lead the planning and delivery of commerce initiatives from concept through to execution
- Partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders to align priorities and unlock new opportunities
- Build strong relationships with Samsung teams, retail partners, and internal experts to drive collaboration
- Monitor programme performance, optimise outputs, and scale successful initiatives across markets
- Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the wider team
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, commerce, or media within an agency or similar environment
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce, retail media, and how digital channels drive business outcomes
- Confidence managing stakeholders and communicating clearly across different teams and markets
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Collaborative mindset, with a proactive and solutions‑focused approach
- Comfort using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to present and interpret data
