You will be part of a broader media team which plans and activates across 100 markets on social and search (including YouTube) channels for a large luxury client. The role sits within a central Data and Ops team, interfacing with channel activation and strategy teams for the client. The Data Analyst will be responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery of reporting, both internal and client facing. You will be key in delivering automated processes and reporting to the team, following the lead of the Data and Operations Lead. This role will be supported by a junior analyst.

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee dashboard integrity and address any discrepancies
  • Work closely with Search, Social and Project Management teams to identify new opportunities to improve process delivery and quality output
  • Own the setup and maintenance of API connectors and automated reporting pipelines
  • Work with the broader team to develop monitoring of processes and performance
  • Lead regular check-ins to align on goals, capture feedback, and proactively surface new needs
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment by managing multiple projects and work streams

Qualifications

  • SQL/Data Studio expertise
  • Background in media performance reporting and optimisation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Understanding of data applications and offerings in the industry
  • In-depth experience analysing and interpreting data from media sources such as ad servers, web analytics, social media platforms, and DSPs
  • A curious and passionate degree-educated individual
  • Extensive experience with paid digital media (a minimum of 3 years experience in a media agency, client side or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with project management streams and platforms (Trello, Asana, Monday…)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with automation tools
