We specialise in helping clients excel on the digital shelf, build data-driven relationships with retailers, and modernise organisational structures to drive long-term growth.

We are looking for an experienced Director who is confident in digital shelf strategy, product performance and visibility and multimarket marketplaces to lead a team and implement recommendations to take this group to the next level!

Responsibilities
  • Lead Digital Shelf Strategy: Drive global digital shelf and product content strategies, using data insights to shape client decisions and boost commercial outcomes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, aligning digital initiatives with business priorities and delivering high-impact results.
  • Innovation & Technology Integration: Champion advanced product content technologies and scalable digital solutions to future-proof client operations.
  • Performance & Optimization: Define KPIs, monitor performance using analytics, and implement strategies to reduce out-of-stocks and improve online availability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across global and local teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of commerce strategies.
  • Client Delivery & Excellence: Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of scope for named clients while adhering to internal standards and financial processes.
  • Growth & Commercial Strategy: Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing accounts, contribute to pitches, and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Thought Leadership & Team Development: Support marketing initiatives, contribute expert insights, and foster a collaborative, growth-focused team culture.
Qualifications
  • Experience with digital shelf strategy, from product visibility to performance and content with experience leading on brand acceleration strategy.
  • Knowledge on digital shelf technologies and content management systems.
  • Demonstrable experience across eCommerce deliverables such as Retail Media, Content, Data/Analytics, Shopper marketing/in-store, Retailer Relationships etc.
  • Experience of dealing with different client commerce functions (e.g. sales vs marketing teams) and the common challenges they face.
  • Good communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to navigate complex obstacles that arise during campaign/project execution and take informed actions to deliver results for clients.
