Overview

We’re hiring for a Technical Business Analyst! You will play a crucial role in gathering business information on a wide variety of projects. You’ll be responsible for engaging with client stakeholders to analyse and define business, product, operational, functional, and non-functional requirements, guiding the delivery of features within the release plan. This work directly supports our mission to translate business goals and objectives into tangible deliverables to enhance product and platform experiences.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive requirements analysis, identifying relevant systems, creating data maps, and compiling summary documentation.
  • Facilitating and leading stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather complex business requirements.
  • Managing stakeholders, negotiating priorities, and ensuring technical and business alignment.
  • Converting requirements into use cases and collaborating with Design/UX teams for accurate product/service design representation.
  • Translating business/product requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks for technical implementation.
  • Ensuring the traceability of requirements from definition through to delivery.
  • Reporting risks and opportunities to internal and external teams.
  • Providing clarification during development and testing phases.

Qualifications

Skills we’re looking for

  • Experience working as part of a successful digital marketing technology delivery team.
  • Ability to analyze system and technical architectures.
  • Proficiency in conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops.
  • Experience in managing prioritization and phasing of project requirements.
  • Ability to lead decision-making processes, assessing solution options for technical and business suitability.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and relevant tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Experience collaborating with Design/UX teams and ensuring requirements are reflected in product design.
