Overview

We are hiring an Account Manager to join a newly formed team working with a leading global consumer healthcare brand. You’ll help deliver media planning across the UK while coordinating activity with established teams in Greece, Portugal and Spain. This is an opportunity to work across multiple brands and channels, bringing plans to life through strong organisation, clear communication and close collaboration with specialist teams. Whether you are already operating at Account Manager level or ready to step up, you’ll be supported to grow your planning and client-servicing experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of UK media plans, ensuring work is accurate, clear and completed to agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate status updates, reporting and actions across the client, planning team and internal specialists.
  • Liaise with established local-market teams to help deliver a consistent approach across Western Europe.
  • Turn client briefs into practical plans, working across channels including AV, out-of-home, social, search and programmatic.
  • Partner with activation teams to coordinate campaigns around key seasonal moments and consumer needs.
  • Build your knowledge of the client’s brands, audiences, planning tools and connected data capabilities, including Epsilon.
  • Support the Account Director by identifying delivery risks, sharing progress and suggesting improvements to how the team works.

Skills we're looking for:

  • Experience in media planning, account management or campaign delivery within an agency or comparable environment.
  • Working knowledge of the UK media landscape and how different channels contribute to an integrated plan.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage reporting, actions, deadlines and multiple workstreams.
  • Clear and thoughtful communication when working with clients, internal specialists and market teams.
  • Care and accuracy in reviewing plans, presentations, reporting and campaign information.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from colleagues across different disciplines and markets.
  • Consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical experience would be helpful, but strong transferable media experience is equally welcome.
