Client ownership:
Confident owning the client relationship and leading strategic conversations on how we can best deliver work
A great presenter:
Strong communications skills and able to captivate a room when presenting ideas or plans
Taking ownership over projects:
Hitting deadlines, organising the project team, managing the client and running budgets up to £250k
Lead account growth:
Identify new opportunities with existing clients, lead new business and activate opportunities with senior support
Financial rigour:
Ensure clients are invoiced correctly, billability of account team members is tracked consistently, and budgets and expenditure closely tracked.
Commercial acumen:
Able to deliver a good margin, negotiate and formalise appropriate budgets.
Develop the team:
Line management and mentorship of junior team members, always ensuring their development is prioritised
