Overview
Job Summary:
The Senior Solutions Manager leads cross-functional client projects to deliver scalable and technically robust solutions built on or integrated with enterprise tools. This role is client-facing and responsible for bridging business needs with technical execution, while also supporting sales engagements, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring ongoing platform excellence and customer success. This role is ideal for an experienced technical leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and has a strong grasp of SaaS integrations, enterprise architecture, and client engagement.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in a technical client-facing or solutions role.
- Proven track record delivering scalable SaaS integrations or platform solutions at enterprise level.
- Hands-on familiarity with MarTech platforms and APIs is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong architecture design and technical delivery leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance business impact and technical execution.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Architecture:
- Lead projects to scope, design, and deliver scalable integrations or platform extensions.
- Own solution design decisions for enterprise clients, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability.
- Guide teams on best practices for solution implementation and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Client Engagement & Strategic Planning:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for key clients, aligning engineering solutions with business goals.
- Translate complex client requirements into actionable technical plans in collaboration with delivery teams.
- Influence and steer conversations with client-side tech teams and architects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Leads, and Solutions Engineering teams to support both pre-sales (demos, solution design) and post-sales engagements (delivery oversight, customization planning).
- Partner with internal product teams to influence platform roadmap based on client feedback and technical feasibility.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:
- Develop relationships with product teams to ensure visibility of roadmap updates, beta opportunities, and integration capabilities.
- Share internal knowledge and best practices across teams to enhance technical capability and reduce delivery friction.
Solution Delivery Oversight:
- Oversee engineering delivery timelines, ensuring high-quality implementation and adaptability based on evolving requirements.
- Mitigate technical risks and support delivery teams with hands-on guidance where necessary.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time.
- Some travel may be required depending on client engagements.
