Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. This role will support and develop HARBOR UK’s sales pipeline for Episodic and Feature clients.
Working with both the UK Commercial Director and the wider global sales team they will help both identify/bid projects, manage/grow client relationships and help the London operation exceed revenue targets across dailies, picture, sound , VFX and offline.
Responsibilities
- Identify, track, and secure projects across both Feature and Episodic disciplines, covering both independent and studio productions.
- Help develop Harbor creatives career path working and strategizing with them directly on identifying new clients to help build their credits and securing repeat business.
- Use existing relationships with production companies to introduce them to Harbor, both in the UK and US, while also identifying new companies to grow our sales outreach.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director and Head of Episodic Sales to support and drive team success through efficient management and shared goals.
- Work with the wider sales team to help coordinate the HARBOR talent roster in expanding new client relationships across all Harbor locations.
- Assist the Commercial and Managing Directors with sales forecasting for the UK business and contribute to growth strategy planning.
- Other duties, as required and assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong sales experience within the UK post-production industry
- Deep knowledge of production practices, workflow, and industry trends in post-production
- Vast network of industry contacts and clients
- Ability to manage sales targets and leads within the wider global sales team
- Use company CRM to track and manage all relationships and leads
- Highly motivated, team orientated and excellent communication skills
