We are looking for a Senior Programmatic Trader to join our Media Delivery Team, reporting to the Senior Director of Media Delivery. As a Senior Programmatic Trader at Epsilon, you will be responsible for the implementation, optimization and performance of our clients' campaigns and will work with various teams including Media Development, Revenue, Account Managers, Technology and more. You will have the opportunity to take on challenges from scratch with new products designed to contribute to enhancing benefits for our customers, and the challenge of capturing and analyzing data from a comprehensive view of the industry, providing partners with the best solutions for measurement and reporting to meet your business goals. This is a hybrid role based in London (4 days per week).
Responsibilities
- Implementation of campaigns on programmatic buying platforms using a DSP.
- Troubleshooting of campaigns and associated materials, technical resolution of problems and identification of optimization areas.
- Daily monitoring of performance and control of investment consumption and budgets.
- Collaboration with Sales teams in the design of the strategy and planning of the campaigns and associated audiences.
- Close collaboration in data analysis, identification of trends and development of information to share with the team and provide recommendations.
- Collaboration in the development and optimization of processes in the area.
- Act as a point of contact with relevant technology and media providers.
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of reports and reports to internal and external clients.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring with you:
- Experience in Media Delivery Specialist or Ad Operations positions in the digital marketing industry.
- Experience in implementation, optimization and reporting of campaigns developed in digital advertising Paid Media platforms (preferably programmatic purchase).
- Knowledge about the AdTech ecosystem of digital advertising.
- Ability to manage diversity of projects, clients and campaigns of various objectives simultaneously.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven, with a focus on surpassing performance targets.
- Highly collaborative and team‑oriented, excelling in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
