From the first idea to the final room, every touchpoint should feel considered, cohesive and memorable.
You’ll bring exceptional design craft and a deep understanding of layout and detail, and you’ll think beyond any single tool.
You’ll help build the design systems, templates and AI prompts that let us generate and refine pitch presentations quickly and to a consistent standard.
Generative AI will be central to how you work, with Claude Design and tools such as Higgsfield, Luma and Runway as our core toolkit.

- Create strategic experiential elements for pitches and programmes.
- Test new AI tools and help the team adopt the workflows that work, sharing what you learn.

- Excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
- Hands‑on experience producing creative work with generative AI tools, including prompt writing, as part of a real workflow.
- Thinks beyond the tool: you design how the work gets made, not just the work itself.
- Strong conceptual ability, matched with expert design and execution.
- Branding and logo design experience.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Able to work easily with people outside the design team and deliver from a verbal or written brief.
- Proactive, organised and curious.
- A positive attitude and receptiveness to creative direction and feedback.
- Able to work well under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working four days a week in the office, and open to travel as needed.
- Nice to have
- Experience with Claude Design and cross-model generative AI tools such as Higgsfield, Luma and Runway.
- Webflow or Framer experience.
- Video editing and/or animation skills.
