OneSuite is a unified platform that combines automation, orchestration, data processing, and intelligent agent capabilities across Search, Social, Programmatic, Commerce, and Measurement channels.
About the Role We are seeking a Quality Engineer (Individual Contributor) to design, implement, and maintain automated and manual testing frameworks that ensure OneSuite delivers reliable, scalable, and secure experiences across products. This is a hands‑on engineering role—you will develop automated tests, build testing tools, participate in code reviews, define quality standards, and work closely with engineers across backend, AI orchestration, data, and UI teams. As an individual contributor, you will lead testing for small‑to‑medium sized features or services, contribute to test infrastructure, and collaborate across teams to ensure high release confidence.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites across backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and user‑facing features.
- Build and evolve test frameworks, harnesses, mocks, and utilities using tools such as PyTest, Playwright, Cypress, Jest, or Postman.
- Ensure test environments, data fixtures, and configurations are reliable, consistent, and reproducible.
- Validate REST/gRPC APIs for correctness, contracts, error handling, latency, and performance.
- Test backend orchestration flows, data transformations, agent workflows, caching, and cross‑service dependencies.
- Ensure robust integrations with third‑party marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads), including edge‑case handling, schema validation, and data integrity checks.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), including pre‑merge validation, gating rules, reporting, and automated smoke tests.
- Partner with engineers to investigate and resolve failing pipelines and flaky tests.
- Perform exploratory and regression testing to uncover functional, UX, and edge‑case issues.
- Participate in feature readiness reviews, UAT cycles, release checklists, and quality confidence assessments.
- Collaborate closely with Backend, AI, Data, and UI teams to embed quality early in design and delivery.
- Participate in code reviews to promote testability and quality standards.
- Produce clear test documentation and defect reports, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices and coverage.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Engineering roles.
- Strong experience in automation frameworks such as PyTest, Playwright, Cypress, or Jest.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, backend systems, CI/CD workflows, and cloud environments.
- Experience with version control (GitHub), deployment pipelines, and test environment management.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable test code in Python or JavaScript.
- Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.
Advantageous But Not Essential Skills
- Experience testing distributed systems, data pipelines, or microservices.
- Familiarity with model‑driven or AI‑augmented systems.
- Working knowledge of SQL for validating datasets, transformations, or schema logic.
- Experience with load testing frameworks (Locust, k6).
- Understanding of observability signals (logs, metrics, traces) to support quality analysis.
