A globally recognised communications and media planning agency, Starcom mobilises data and technology to fuel innovative campaigns. As part of the Publicis Media network, we collaborate with leading brands including Aldi, P&G, Primark, Samsung, Stellantis and Visa.

What you will be doing:

  • You will support the Publishing, Audio and Print investment teams.
  • In this hands-on role you will help bring media plans to life, coordinate assets, manage campaign set-ups, produce reporting and work closely with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Managers and Senior Executives with the delivery of Publishing, Audio and Print campaigns from planning to activation and review.
  • Coordinate the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders and campaign documentation ahead of launch.
  • Manage campaign set-up and trafficking across relevant technology platforms.
  • Produce regular campaign reporting using Excel and client dashboards.
  • Work closely with internal Planning and Activation teams to keep activity on track.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients, media partners and third-party suppliers.
  • Support financial processes, including reconciliations and responding to finance queries.

Qualifications:

  • A clear interest in advertising, media and technology.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a willingness to develop technical skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills across multiple campaigns.
  • Clear and professional communication, written and verbal.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Analytical thinking with good numerical and problem-solving skills.
  • Openness to learning new processes and adapting in a changing environment.

Additional Information:

Employees starting the early-careers Pack will receive an annual salary of £28,860. Core benefits include Pension, Life Assurance, and Private Medical cover, alongside enhanced policies such as Reflection Days and Shared Parental Leave.
