Overview

We have identified an opportunity for a Global Production Lead to join us in a vital and key leadership position. This role will be managing and continuously building on the client partnership as well as overseeing a diverse set of teams from account management to operations and data insights, delivering on key campaign assets across multiple brands and markets.

A chance to lead our client relationship with the Global Category team and oversee origination production for Haleon brands. You must have extensive production and post-production experience, commercial and business acumen, and client management skills of a high level. You will lead the strategic direction for Haleon production, including the evolution of the strategy to meet evolving business needs. Your exceptional attention to detail, the ability to lead and motivate a global team and ability to effectively communicate with senior client teams will be vital in this role.

THE ROLE

This role will suit someone currently working as Global Account Lead or Business Director of a production account, head of production in an-house production department, or creative agency, or post-production facility. It is a hybrid production lead / account service role and straddles the best of both areas.

You are responsible for the successful production of Haleon broadcast and digital output for Global Categories. You will manage a team of production planners who support the production of origination for global toolkits, as well as market origination projects.
You will report directly to multiple senior stakeholders, both internal and external. You must have knowledge of working in a fast-paced, global brand environment, and a familiarity with toolkit origination and adaptation. Working out of the EMEA hub, your immediate team is London-based, however you will work collaboratively with colleagues on all continents

Responsibilities

  • Strategic direction of Haleon global production and its evolution to meet business needs
  • Client & agency partnership – work directly with global and AOR; be main point of contact for senior global clients, and senior client leadership – to ensure seamless delivery of global and market production requirements – specific to this, it\’s imperative to delineate client and agency responsibilities, allowing us to call out the need to partner with cross functional agency team to leverage latest learnings and processes to deliver effectively
  • Meet and exceed client expectations of brief objectives, timelines and budgets, finding solutions to delivery where there are production challenges
  • Team management – overseeing diverse team of production professionals & influence how they engage with market teams to help deliver against objectives
  • Financial oversight – own related production financials in conjunction with finance team
  • Process – identify and promote efficiencies throughout end-to-end production processes, providing remediation solutions where issues occur
  • Work with senior leadership team, EMEA client lead and the Head of Production to ensure ways of working are constantly reviewed and improved from a commercial and an operational perspective
  • Advise on means to provide production cost savings and efficiencies
  • Support the production team across all stages of production through to delivery – ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
  • Continuously work on maintaining and strengthening client relationships
  • Delivery of the new production strategies and post production hubs
  • Tracking and reporting against key measures of success
  • Delivery of training across markets
  • Oversee Haleon Global Category demand gathering across production network

Qualifications

  • Experience working at senior levels in a production environment, including within a client facing role.
  • Experience working for a global brand and across multi-markets
  • Excellent knowledge of all production roles, functions, capabilities, equipment and applications, with experience developing cost and time efficient production workflows.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing productions across all budget ranges with multiple deliverables across multiple channels.
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of clients (in a variety of roles) and guide and advise them on specific projects as well as general best practice for production.
  • Experience of working in a team and managing and developing junior production talent.
  • Experience of working directly with clients, agency producers, account teams and creatives.
  • Strategic development and transformation

  • Reporting and communications experience (presentations etc)
