Overview
We are looking for a talented Producer to support the film department team with shoot productions varying from social content shoots through to TV Commercials. This role requires a highly competent individual with a proven track record in managing large-scale productions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards. We support flexible working, there’s a minimum expectation to come into the office 3 days a week. Due to the nature of the job, you may need to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Lead production on assigned projects, overseeing all stages of the jobs including pre, shoot & post.
- Ensure projects adhere to agreed timelines, budgets, and client/agency expectations.
- Key communicator & liaison between production & agency, as well as suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare and manage production budgets ranging from £100k–£500k.
- Maintain financial accuracy and compliance using internal finance systems.
- Work closely with internal post-production teams or external post houses to ensure smooth delivery.
- Liaise with and book external crew and suppliers as required.
- Manage day-to-day production logistics and scheduling.
- Knowledge of the creative industry and to be able to recommend relevant talent and crew for various creative briefs.
- Maintaining relationships with industry contacts and help build and maintain existing contact database.
- Be prepared for occasional overtime, weekend work, and international travel for shoots.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Producer in both ATL or BTL productions.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale productions and managing large budgets.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to work with finance systems.
- Solid post-production knowledge and experience working with internal and external teams.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.
