As part of the Samsung UK team, you will be working with a market leading business, at the forefront of the tech and media industry. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaigns, optimize digital performance, and deliver engaging consumer experiences through data-driven insights.

As a biddable Account Manager, you will be responsible for defining the optimal tactics, audiences, and placements across both search and social to deliver success against our KPIs. You will work with a team of activation experts across PMAX & AI Max, Demand Gen and Meta Advantage+, and be able to test newer tactics like Social Search and TikTok Shop. Being biddable means prioritising the clients' budget to what will deliver, being channel agnostic.

You will be responsible for:

  • Media planning excellence – Developing media plans that deliver on the client KPIs and that also deliver the best commercial outcomes for Publicis Media.
  • Test and learn – Creating test and learn roadmaps with a particular focus on robust test designs, hypotheses and measurement.
  • Operational excellence – Driving brilliant basics across the team, and continuously work to deliver operational efficiencies through automation and smart thinking.
  • PCAs - Showcasing campaign performance across leading search engines like Google or Bing by providing in-depth analysis that demonstrates results and key learnings.
  • Awards – Identify market-leading work that has been delivered by you and your team.
  • Client contact on weekly tasks – Build strong and trusted relationships with your clients.
  • Team management – You will have a small team of Executives and Senior Executives who you are responsible for the learning & development and performance.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has in-depth experience and understanding of PPC across key suppliers - Google Ads and Bing.
  • Has active experience working with campaign & bid management software (SA360, Marin or Kenshoo) and holds a valid certification.
  • Possesses excellent prioritisation and project management skills.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office solutions – particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Has web analytics understanding, particularly Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Has experience with budget forecasting and planning.
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Is inquisitive about data and delivers actionable business insights.
  • Has a high attention to detail when practising quality assurance and due diligence.
  • Uses technology to increase efficiency of iterative work outputs.
  • Will confidently present the benefits of Publicis proprietary solutions.
  • Works collaboratively across channels, engaging appropriate colleagues when necessary.
  • Pursues opportunities to utilise their skills outside of core role expectations.
  • Has good presentation skills and inter-personal relationship skills.
