An opportunity for a talented and charismatic individual to join a fast-growing department, reporting directly to a Production Lead. This is a fantastic role for somebody looking to join an ambitious company at an exciting time, with the chance to work across a multitude of different projects and clients, within one of London's leading advertising holding companies.
Responsibilities:- Function as the main point of client contact for day to day enquiries.
- Interpret client briefs and be capable of quantifying, pitching, scheduling and quoting on all aspects of post production.
- Lead the post production team throughout all stages of the production through to delivery - ensuring everything is delivered on time, to budget and at the highest standard.
- Produce complete budget wrap of each production, ensuring that all paperwork is filed correctly, a Production factsheet is completed and, where necessary, a production wash-up with all parties.
- Encourage and explore new avenues of potential work.
- Continuously work on maintaining and strengthening client relationships.
- High level working knowledge of post production with experience in the Adobe Suite, grading, audio production, 3D and VFX.
- Good understanding of offline and online workflows.
- Good understanding of overall post production workflow including compression and creating deliverables.
- A flair for telling stories with good creative problem solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in delivering broadcast and cinema assets, an understanding of the clearance, mixing and playout process.
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders, including agencies and direct clients.
- Ability to work in a high pressured environment across multiple projects at the same time.
- Diligent, collaborative and ability to follow detailed company 'best practice' processes, naming conventions and media organisation.
- Friendly, hard-working, a team player and a good sense of humour.
