The Client: L\’Oréal
L\’Oréal is a Global Beauty & Fragrance company with a broad portfolio of some of the world\’s most exciting and exquisite brands including L\’Oréal Paris, YSL, Garnier, Maybelline, Armani Beauty, Kerastase and La Roche Posay alongside niche brands such as Kiehl\’s, Youth To the People, Aesop and Maison Margiela. The UK is a key market for L\’Oréal Group, and the company is currently ranked #1 in the UK (followed by Coty, LVMH and Puig). The L\’Oréal UK Media team are based in London, in White City directly behind our offices. Following our transition period, which begins in June, their team are increasingly relying on us at \’One L\’Oréal\’ team in Publicis/Starcom, to be a genuine extension of their team and a true partner in helping them to deliver transformative growth. The transition period ends on 31st December and we officially enter into our new contract with L\’Oréal on 1st January 2025, following the successful pitch earlier this year. L\’Oréal is also a Global client for Publicis, and we service them in many European and Asian markets.

Responsibilities
What Will You Be Doing?
As our new Account Manager, you\’ll play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities while also driving forward our clients\’ and agency\’s strategic visions.
- Key Point of Contact : You\’ll serve as the main liaison for this high profile beauty brand
- Strategic Planning : You\’ll help shape and drive brand and model strategies, bringing our client\’s visions to life across various media platforms.
- Growth Partner : You\’ll assist your Account Director in pushing for additional growth and success.
- Inspiration Leader : You\’ll influence and support the transformation journey of the brands, maximising effectiveness through data and innovative media solutions.
