Overview
We\’re looking for experienced OOH Managers to join our investment teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong OOH experience and wants to work on innovative, high-profile campaigns across different agency teams within Publicis Groupe.
Responsibilities
As an OOH Manager, you\’ll:
- Lead day-to-day client relationships across a diverse portfolio of accounts.
- Plan and deliver innovative OOH campaigns, from classic posters to programmatic and experiential.
- Collaborate with media owners to negotiate and secure best-in-market deals.
- Support and develop junior team members, ensuring high standards of delivery.
- Partner with internal teams across strategy, digital, and data to create integrated solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh thinking to clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
As an OOH Manager, you\’ll need:
- Previous OOH experience (agency or media owner side).
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Confident client communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- A passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering work that drives results.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset – you enjoy working with people and bringing out the best in others.
