What will you be doing? We’re hiring Media Performance talent across APEX, PFX and Commerce at Publicis Media. Publicis Media combines media strategy, data, investment and performance expertise to deliver measurable outcomes for leading global brands.   • APEX - What they do: APEX is a growth and solutions hub focused on problem‑solving and driving value for clients across all media. As the principal investment arm of Publicis Media, APEX takes on the investment risk to drive growth, guaranteed performance, and business outcome solutions, redefining inventory media through a strategic approach to investment and risk to deliver meaningful business growth.
  • PFX - What they do: Performics is the performance marketing arm of Publicis Media, leveraging technology and innovation to create and convert consumer demand through search, social, display and commerce. Over the past two decades, Performics has cultivated deep partner relationships with leading search engines, social networks and media platforms, and is the agency‑of‑record in performance marketing for over 95% of Publicis Media’s clients.
  • Publicis Commerce - What they do: Publicis Commerce helps brands navigate the complexity of the evolving retail and direct‑to‑consumer landscape to ensure investment drives sales wherever consumers transact, delivering sustained business growth. Launched four years ago as a global consultancy practice within Publicis Groupe, Publicis Commerce brings together commerce talent, technology and partnerships to build products and solutions that drive clear business outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

  • APEX Responsibilities: Respond to client briefs and develop media plans across Programmatic Display, Video, DOOH, Audio, Retail and Social. Create audience and targeting strategies for performance‑driven proposals aligned to business KPIs. Manage briefing, planning and sign‑off processes across agencies, activation teams and media partners. Support accurate delivery by working closely with operations and finance on successful activations. Build strong relationships with agency stakeholders and support Digital Strategy Managers across APEX activity.
  • PFX Responsibilities: Setting up and optimisation of social media campaigns, including creating trafficking sheets and implementing within campaigns. Management of finance processes including booking campaigns, reconciliations and solving finance queries. Inputting accurate data into daily, weekly and end of campaign reporting, writing insightful commentary with clear actions for future campaign improvement. Support day‑to‑day quality checks and maintenance across all activations to help reduce errors and risk. Building positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Publicis Commerce Responsibilities: Support the Measurement team by gathering, organising and analysing campaign performance data across digital media platforms. Assist in building clear reports and dashboards, identifying trends and contributing to campaign reviews and insights. Work closely with media, planning, buying and analytics teams to support campaign decision‑making. Help prepare materials for internal and client‑facing meetings and participate in training to develop knowledge in digital measurement and analytics.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • APEX: You’ll be a good fit if you enjoy working across multiple digital channels and turning briefs into performance‑led plans. Are organised, detail‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and processes. Are commercially curious and keen to build expertise in performance media and APEX solutions.
  • PFX: You’ll be a good fit if you are proficient in Microsoft Office solutions – particularly Excel. You are an analytical thinker with strong mathematical skills and excellent attention to detail. Have good communication and writing skills. Are proactive, enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn.
  • Commerce: You’ll be a good fit if you have a strong interest in data, numbers and how they tell a story in digital media. Are curious, detail‑oriented and keen to learn tools such as Excel, Google Sheets or data visualisation platforms. Communicate clearly, stay organised and enjoy collaborating to solve problems.
