We’re looking for a Strategy & Creative Partner to join the leadership team — owning the strategic and creative engine of the business and shaping how influencer strategy drives brand growth. This is a key hire for someone who wants to define the future of influencer‑led brand thinking, not just deliver campaigns.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the strategy & creative function, setting the vision and standard across client work and pitches
  • Own strategic quality and storytelling on major pitches, driving improved win rates
  • Oversee strategic output across key clients, ensuring consistent, high‑quality thinking
  • Define Influential UK’s strategic point of view on creators, platforms and culture
  • Build and implement governance, frameworks and best practice across the function
  • Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing strategy team
  • Partner closely with Client Services, Activation and Growth teams to drive commercial success
