We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to play a central role in shaping and scaling product solutions across our global performance organisation. This is a fixed term contract position for 9 months.
This role sits within the Global Performance team, part of a wider unit delivering digital activation across 57+ markets. You'll work closely with product, client and market teams, helping to prioritise what gets built, ensure it's delivered effectively, and drive adoption across the business.
You will have end-to-end visibility of product initiatives, from roadmap prioritisation through to onboarding and performance tracking. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and would suit someone who is comfortable navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, and improving how products are rolled out at scale.
Responsibilities:- Own product roadmap prioritisation, aligning business goals, user needs and market opportunities
- Track and manage onboarding deliverables, ensuring timelines and milestones are clear and met
- Build and maintain tracking systems for product adoption, performance and key deliverables
- Partner with client teams to deliver product demos, onboarding and ongoing engagement
- Monitor KPIs and ensure performance outcomes are measured, reported and continuously improved
- Act as a point of escalation for product issues
