We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and lead AI-enabled UX/UI design for our cutting-edge performance marketing platform. As the Senior UX/UI Designer, you will pioneer AI-to-UI (A2UI) design paradigms, leveraging Figma MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations and generative AI tools to rapidly translate complex data insights and AI-driven recommendations into intuitive, adaptive interfaces that empower marketers to make informed decisions.

Your role will involve designing AI-assisted workflows, building intelligent component systems that respond to real-time data, and ensuring our platform delivers exceptional usability through AI-augmented design processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing AI-native applications, hands-on expertise with Figma MCP server integrations and A2UI pipelines, a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, and the ability to bridge the gap between large language models and production-ready UI.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end AI-enabled UX/UI design processes for our AI-based performance marketing platform, integrating A2UI pipelines and Figma MCP servers into the design workflow from user research and information architecture to AI-accelerated prototyping and usability testing.
  • Design AI-adaptive interfaces and workflows using A2UI frameworks that dynamically render AI-generated content and make complex performance data easily digestible for marketers of varying technical expertise.
  • Create AI-ready design systems and intelligent component libraries optimized for Figma MCP integrations, ensuring consistent user experiences across the platform while enabling AI-driven design token management and scalability for future features.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML teams to translate LLM outputs and AI model capabilities into production-ready UI components through A2UI design patterns and MCP-connected workflows.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and continuously improve the platform's user experience based on real user feedback.
  • Develop AI-assisted wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma with MCP server connections, leveraging AI-powered design generation while ensuring accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
  • Architect AI-to-UI rendering pipelines and streamline data visualization interfaces that surface AI-generated actionable insights from performance marketing campaigns in real time.
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in UX/UI design - ideally focused on complex web applications, data platforms, or SaaS products.
  • Proven experience designing AI-native interfaces and A2UI systems where LLM outputs are rendered as dynamic UI, with demonstrated ability to simplify complex AI-driven concepts for end users.
  • Expertise in AI-augmented design tools with advanced Figma proficiency including MCP server integrations, AI plugins, and Dev Mode; experience with prototyping tools like Framer, Principle, or AI-native tools such as Galileo AI or Uizard.
  • Strong foundation in user research methodologies including user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics interpretation.
  • Deep understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles for complex data-driven applications.
  • Experience with AI-connected design systems and component libraries that support MCP-driven design token synchronization, including documentation and maintenance best practices.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies and AI integration patterns (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React basics) including understanding of how LLM APIs render into frontend components via A2UI patterns.
  • Portfolio showcasing AI-enabled UX/UI projects demonstrating A2UI implementations, AI-assisted design workflows, and measurable impact on user experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
Nice-to-have Skills
  • Experience in marketing technology (MarTech) or advertising technology (AdTech) with understanding of performance marketing workflows and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with data visualization principles and experience designing dashboards, reporting interfaces, or analytics platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with Figma MCP server setup, configuration, and plugin development for AI-connected design workflows.
  • Experience building A2UI prototypes that translate structured AI/LLM outputs (JSON, streaming responses) into interactive UI components.
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture and experience connecting AI tools to design environments via MCP servers.
  • Understanding of generative AI design tools, prompt-to‑UI workflows, and experience with AI copilot interfaces or conversational UI design patterns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
