Publicis Groupe is one of the world's largest communications holding companies, present in over 110 countries and employing about 100,000 professionals. The Groupe is positioned at every step of the value chain, from consulting to execution, combining marketing transformation and digital business transformation.

We are seeking a Senior New Business Executive to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their agency career who is looking to develop hands-on experience in new business development, pitching, and marketing within a fast-paced environment. This role will work across MSL UK, Publicis Sport & Entertainment UK, and Salterbaxter, part of Publicis Groupe's Influence practice — bringing together communications, sport, entertainment, and sustainability.

Working closely with the Head of New Business and senior agency stakeholders, you will play a critical role in driving inbound and outbound opportunities, coordinating pitches, managing RFIs/RFPs, and ensuring the agency presents itself brilliantly at every stage of the pitch process. While there is a marketing component to the role, this position is weighted more heavily towards new business (approximately 70% new business, 30% marketing).

This is an ideal role for someone with agency experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing multiple opportunities at once, and takes pride in delivering polished, high-impact pitch work. You will be highly organised, proactive, and confident working across teams, systems, and senior stakeholders. Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential, and experience supporting pitches, credentials, and RFIs within an agency environment is key.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of prospecting strategies to drive new business growth
  • Track prospects and manage follow-up strategies for new business events to ensure momentum is maintained
  • Manage inbound new business requests and support outbound opportunities
  • Coordinate pitch timelines, booking meetings and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Own pitch logistics and pitch theatre execution, including room booking, AV, catering, reception, and printing
  • Draft and coordinate responses to RFIs and RFPs, managing inputs from across the agency
  • Manage and maintain a large, up-to-date bank of RFI information
  • Draft initial credentials documents for review and manage credential requests
  • Source, compile, and update bios, credentials, case studies, and supporting materials
  • Work with account teams to create and refresh case studies and ensure master keynotes remain current
  • Manage case study requests and best-practice slide sharing across the agency
  • Book creative and design resource to support pitches and credentials
  • Manage supporting documents, version control, and printing for pitches
  • Ensure all opportunities, engagements, and activity are accurately updated in Salesforce
  • Raise new business job numbers and relevant POs
  • Track prospects, meetings, and pitch outcomes
  • Maintain clear and organised pitch documentation and records
  • Help build and maintain intermediary relationships
Marketing support (secondary focus)
  • Support the Senior Marketing Executive with content ideas and suggestions
  • Help create and manage marketing content where required
  • Support marketing collateral updates
  • Provide cover for marketing activity (including posting) when the Senior Marketing Executive is away
About You
  • Some proven experience in a new business or business development role within an agency environment
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and good project management skills
  • Confident working across multiple stakeholders and senior teams
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly for RFIs, credentials, and pitch materials
  • Comfortable managing logistics, systems, and processes alongside strategic thinking
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
