LeSHOP is a creative agency specialising in commerce. Our mission is to make brands unmissable wherever and whenever a purchase decision is being made, driving growth in both their brand equity and their commercial performance. We bring brand thinking to commerce challenges and commerce thinking to brand challenges, breaking silos to deliver stronger results for our client partners.

We’re growing. And we’re looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, passionate new co-workers to help us get where we want to go. After partnering with one of the top energy providers in the UK, we’re building out a creative team that will exclusively tend to that account. So you’ll sit in our offices and enjoy all the perks of being a Publicis employee. But all of your time will be spent working with that brand and bringing that account to life. The client is a transformational company in the renewable energy space, who commit to sustainable energy production through a wide range of decarbonising technology. So the role will suit anyone with a progressive mindset. In return, we offer the caring, friendly, and supportive environment of a mid-sized agency, backed up by the limitless opportunities and resources of Publicis Groupe.

You bring strong creative experience in visual design, ideation, and execution, ideally gained within an agency or fast-paced design environment. With an exceptional eye for detail, an interest in AI, artistic flair, and clear communication skills, you champion design craft while collaborating effortlessly with other designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams.

As a midweight designer, you will play a key role in delivering customer communications across email, social, and print, working heavily within CRM platforms using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. Your work will span everything from sensitive customer updates to celebratory campaigns, requiring you to create bespoke concepts in line with our brand. You will work closely with senior designers to develop and maintain our template system. Beyond hands-on execution, you will manage creative timelines, partner with department leads, and present concepts in stakeholder meetings to bring high-impact, brand-aligned visual assets to life.
