Social by nature, we exist at the nexus of creativity, technology and culture and help our clients make the shift from traditional digital creative to modern social-first content. We make work that is truly influential; changing minds and shifting behaviour through authentically connecting with our audience's everyday conversations.
We are looking for a Jr. Social Creative to join us as part of the MARS social creative production team. This is a bespoke team created specifically to serve the always-on needs of MARS snacking. Together with the rest of the team (Editorial lead, Producers, Designers, Motion Designers, Media and Community Managers), you'll be running the always-on content calendars for 5 well-known snacking brands: M&M's, Maltesers, Twix, Snicker & Extra.
In a nutshell:

- You can create excellent decks that sell-in great ideas.
- You move at the speed of social and can deliver ideas on low budgets and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Coming up with relevant, original, fun and entertaining (social) always-on content for leading brands.
- Translating briefs - monthly calendars, campaigns, reactive - into clever insights and on-brand creative concepts.
- Briefing, overseeing and guiding designers to steer creative output.
- Writing great copy that aligns with each brand's different TOV.
- Presenting and selling ideas to clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year in an agency environment.
- Creative thinking and a strong knowledge of IG & TikTok.
- Chronically online, in the best way. You have an instinctive feel for internet culture, platforms, and trends, and understand how to translate that into concepts.
- Working at the pace of social media.
- A responsible team player.
- Curious and proactive.
- Putting words to paper like no other.
