Digital Marketing Project Manager

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Project Manager to play a central role on a high-profile global luxury account. Sitting within the Data & Operations team, you’ll connect people, projects and processes across a highly cross-functional environment, helping ensure work stays organised and delivers effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership and is curious to keep learning.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Asana as a key project management tool, ensuring projects, actions and deliverables are accurate and up to date.
  • Track projects and deliverables across teams and regions, helping work stay on schedule and identifying potential challenges early.
  • Maintain client trackers, spreadsheets and team calendars, ensuring information is accurate, organised and accessible.
  • Support finance processes, including tracking invoices and helping ensure client billing is completed on time.
  • Coordinate across different teams and stakeholders, creating clear communication around priorities, deadlines and dependencies.
  • Support localisation, translation, training materials, client meetings and other operational requirements across the account.
  • Identify challenges, ask the right questions and take ownership of finding practical solutions, involving others when additional support is needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with confidence working with spreadsheets, trackers and detailed information.
  • Experience using Asana or a similar project management platform to organise projects and deliverables.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage changing priorities and competing deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to work independently while knowing when to involve others.
  • Clear and collaborative communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams, functions and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and an appetite to learn, particularly when getting to grips with new projects, processes and ways of working.
  • Experience in digital marketing or media would be an advantage, but isn’t essential. We welcome candidates with relevant project management and transferable experience.
