We are hiring an HR Advisor to help shape the future of Talent at Publicis Groupe UK. This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with a Talent Partner, supporting people, culture and performance across a dynamic, multi-agency environment. You'll play a meaningful role in creating a positive, inclusive employee experience while enabling leaders to make informed, people-focused decisions. What you'll be doing:

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with managers, providing guidance that supports a high-performing and inclusive culture
  • Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes
  • Lead core HR processes including performance management, family leave policies, and first-line disciplinary and grievance cases
  • Partner on employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning and performance review communications
  • Collaborate with Talent Operations to maintain accurate employee data and ensure seamless people processes
  • Contribute to wider HR and Talent projects, supporting delivery of aligned and effective people strategies
  • Analyse and share people data insights to support informed decision-making across stakeholders

Skills we're looking for:

  • Experience in an HR Advisor (or similar) role with exposure to employee relations
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment law and confidence applying it in practice
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine desire to learn and develop
  • Strong relationship-building skills across a range of stakeholders
  • Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in working across HR disciplines including engagement, development and business partnering
  • Experience in media, advertising, digital or similarly dynamic environments is helpful but not essential
